Terms and Conditions for Customer Shop Accounts

Managing shop accounts can sometimes be challenging. It’s our objective to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all our valued customers, please take note of the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your shop account:

Annual Usage Requirement: All funds deposited into your shop account must be utilised within the current financial year, which runs from January 1st to December 31st. Any unused funds will not carry over to the following year.

Non-Transferability: Funds in your shop account are strictly non-transferable. This means that you cannot transfer your account balance to another customer under any circumstances.

Christmas Vouchers: As a special exception, Christmas vouchers issued by our shop will carry over to the following financial year. This allows you to enjoy your holiday shopping without the rush, ensuring you get the most out of your festive season purchases.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In exceptional circumstances, we may allow additional time to redeem a voucher. Please contact us in the Professionals Shop to discuss your situation, and we will consider extensions on a case-by-case basis.

Purpose of Rules: These rules are in place to ensure that our shop maintains a stable and healthy cash flow, allowing us to provide the best possible products and services to all our customers. By adhering to these terms, you help us continue to support our business operations and customer satisfaction.
